Get Started

  • First-time users must provide their customer account number and the telephone number associated with their account.
  • Sign In with your PMLP Account Number listed on your bill. If your PMLP Account Number is 12345-001, enter 12345 or 12345001. After your initial login you may choose your own User ID.
  • For questions regarding your PMLP Account, related payment information, or how to navigate the Online Customer Account Portal, please contact PMLP Customer Service, weekdays from 8:30AM until 4:30PM at 978-531-5975.

Safe and Secure Payments

  • Pay by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, & Discover)—maximum payment allowed $2100.00
  • Pay by E-Check (through your checking or savings account)—maximum payment allowed $9,999.99
  • Auto-Pay  — Set and control automatic payments for your bill, just click the Payments tab at the top
  • View up to two years of payment history by clicking on the “My Usage” tab and then “Payment History”
  • View up to two years of billing history by clicking on the “My Usage” tab and then “Billing History” 

*There are additional fees for any payments made through the Online Customer Account Portal; however PMLP reserves the right to charge a $30 fee to your electric account if the payment is returned due to insufficient funds. In addition, your bank may charge you a fee based on your bank’s fee schedule.

On this updated Customer Portal, you can pay your bill (for no additional fee); set up a one-time payment; set up your account profile, e-bill, password and user id; check your usage history, deposits, and payment history.  Keep checking back as we add more functionality to this site!
